WISCONSIN RAPIDS – Volunteers make a huge difference in our community every day. People give of their time and talents to help others. But did you know you can get a lot in return for your time as a volunteer?
Angie Loucks, coordinator of the Volunteer Center for the United Way of Inner Wisconsin, will talk about volunteering and how it can benefit you at the November session of Let’s Learn Together, a free public speaker series. Loucks will speak at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, at Hilltop Grand Village, 1400 24th St. S., Wisconsin Rapids. (Enter by Home Depot.) Refreshments will be served, and there will be time for questions.

There is no charge to attend, and the public is welcome. Let’s Learn Together is a monthly speaker series that explores topics of interest in the community.
