Hilltop attended the Central Wisconsin Job Fair at Mid-State Technical College. We talked to a lot of people about Hilltop — even those who weren’t looking for caregiving jobs.
Hilltop Grand Village is a topic of interest for many people. As we would describe what Hilltop is and does, we would share that we’re building Hilltop Grand Village north of Home Depot. “Oh! That’s what’s going in there!” is a common refrain. Sometimes, people would comment on how big it is or how nice it’s going to be. Those who know something about our business comment on how it will be an asset or how similar facilities fill quickly in other communities.
Of course, being a job fair, we had some people interested in working there as well as at our assisted living facilities and our home care business.
